The ALPIZEN wellness center offers accommodations and wellness activities à la carte or as part of themed wellness programs using natural health methods , including: a rest and relaxation area, facilities designed for relaxation and rejuvenation ( self-massaging chairs, meditation trees, swimming pool, hot tub, and floatation tank), as well as massage rooms for your individual wellness sessions.

OUR CURES - THE CONCEPT
We created the Alpizen center to offer you the opportunity to optimize your vitality using a subtle combination of wellness methods based on 3 different themes: Revitalization - Relaxation - Comfort.
Each day you'll experience :
-> 2 individual well-being sessions in the morning (1 hour per session)(1 "intellectual" session and 1 "manual" session)
-> 1 collective creativity / personal development workshop in the afternoon (duration approx. 2h30).
Our cures are designed on the basis of 1 to 3 days maximum. If you wish to stay longer, you will need to book accommodation on your own at an additional cost.
If you live close to the AlpiZen center, you can enjoy a cure without booking accommodation.
We draw up your program according to the theme you choose. We offer Shiatsu, Reflexology, Sophrology, Wellness Massage, Art Therapy, nutritional and naturopathic advice.
All our trainers are carefully selected according to our rigorous criteria and, where possible, have RNCP certification.
